We know you are busy people, so we’ve gathered answers on some questions people often have about our products…

What software are PSE products compatible with?

Our steering wheels and switch panels are compatible with both PC or Mac. They do not work with PlayStation or Xbox consoles.

Our DDU works with Z1 Dashboard, Z1 Analyzer, SimHub, JRT (Joel Real Timing) and SimDash.

You can use Chromaworx and SimHub to set up your Pro Switch Panel.

To connect to our Fanatec/AccuForce please make sure you’ve selected an adapter before adding the product to your cart.

Our wheels do connect directly to Simucube SC2. No adapter required.

Can you build me a wheel for my real-life race car?

Whilst automotive and motorsports wheels might look the same as what we do, they have a number of fundamental differences in design and construction. We’re flattered that people love our wheels enough to want to add them to their racecars, but right now, we’re fully focused on being the best in the simulator and e-sport business.

Why do I have to wait for my order?

Our wheels are hand-built to order in the United Kingdom. The lead-time can be up to 4 weeks, but we think they’re worth the wait.

Orders for our Pro Switch Panel will be despatched within 2-3 working days when placed as a standalone order; when purchased with a wheel, your items will be despatched together once your build has been completed.

My Order is listed as “Pending”, what does this mean?

We appreciate that this is a little confusing right now (we’re working on it with our web team!). 

If you’ve made a successful payment to us and received an Order Confirmation email, your order is loaded into our build schedule.

Once your order has been built and dispatched you’ll be notified. This can take up to four weeks.

Once my product has been dispatched how long will it take to reach me?

For UK orders - 1 - 2 days. For international orders - 2 - 3 days.

Can I get a custom wheel?

Yes - we make one-off wheels, as well as tailored production runs on behalf of simulator manufacturers.  However, our custom order books are full until the end of 2020. We’ll update our custom page when we next have availability. 

Can I change the colours/stickers on my wheel?

Our Pro Switch Panel is fully customisable, however the colours are fixed on all our other products. Included in every order is a sheet of function stickers. This means you can change your labels to match your personalised set up.

My circumstances have changed - can I cancel my order?

You can return any standard product and get a full refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange the product for another one. You may return a standard product for up to 30 days from the date you received it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and it must be in the original packaging. Please contact us to arrange this.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or refund custom-made orders.

I’ve placed an order. Can I change the shipping address?

Send us an email with “Change of order address” in the subject line ASAP. In your email please clearly statement your order number.  This can be found on your Order Confirmation email.

I’m a business customer. Can I open an account with you?

If you are a manufacturer looking to place regular, repeat orders please contact us to discuss.

If you are an EU VAT registered business not in the UK, please email us and we will manually process your order in line with UK/EU VAT regulations.

Do your products come with a warranty?

You must report any manufacturing defects to us within seven days of receiving your product. 

We are in the process of updating the warranty documentation that is shipped out with each order. If you are lucky enough to receive one of our new-look warranty cards, please refer to the information contained on it in the first instance.

Do I need to service or do any maintenance on my product?

Please refer to your product manual. If you can’t find the original, head to https://www.precisionsimengineering.com/user-guides

We engineer all our products to not only provide the best possible experience on the day you unbox it, but for years to come. They don’t come with a strict maintenance schedule, but we do advise that you treat your products with respect! Keep them clean and dry. Protect them whilst not in use; and particularly whilst in transport. And if in any doubt, ask us. It’s better to ask permission than for forgiveness!

There is an issue with my product; what should I do?

If you do not feel your product meets your expectations of quality, does not match the description online or you have simply changed your mind, please let us know. We’ll do our best to resolve your issue.

In the event of a manufacturing defect please let us know within seven days of receiving your product. 

Precision Sim Engineering does not accept liability for any damage caused by incorrect usage.

Do not ship your product back to us before we have confirmed your return. If you do so, this may result in additional import delays, charges, or your product may end up impounded by HM Revenue & Customs.

Accidental damage is not covered by any warranty given.

Do you ever release discount codes or have sales?

We periodically run promotions through our social channels and mailing list. These change from year-to-year and product-to-product, and are first-come-first-served - so keep your eyes peeled.

Can I buy a gift card?

Not at the moment - sorry!

Do you offer sponsorships and partnerships?

In short - yes we do. But our sponsorships and partnerships operate like an AMEX “black card”. You can’t apply. We’ll invite you.

Unfortunately we don’t have time to review or respond to the many, many sponsorship proposals that are sent our way. Please save your time, and ours, by respecting this decision.

Can you send me sample products?

We’re happy to meet potential customers and show you our products, but we don’t send out unaccompanied samples.

How can I find out about new products coming soon?

We don’t rest on our laurels. We’re always planning more products, events and partnerships. As we’re a small team, we are unable to respond to individual enquiries about new products or features. To be the first to know what’s coming then follow us on Instagram and sign up to our mailing list
