Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Shipping

All Precision Sim Engineering products are hand-made in the United Kingdom. Each of our wheels takes up to four weeks to build. We aim to despatch your purchase as soon as it is complete.

Once your order has been despatched you will receive an Order Confirmation and tracking number. All shipments from Precision Sim Engineering will be despatched via courier services and will require a signature on receipt. If you have any specific delivery instructions such as office opening times or access arrangement please let us know as part of your order, or contact us.

Occasionally there may be additional costs based if you are based in a remote location, or are buying multiple products. If this is the case, one of the Precision Sim Engineering team will contact you in advance to inform you of any change in expected shipping costs.

Please note you are responsible for paying any applicable customs duty, import tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders.

If you are an EU VAT registered business not in the UK, please email us and we will manually process your order in line with UK/EU VAT regulations.

Returns & cancellations

If you do not feel your product meets your expectations of quality, does not match the description online or you have simply changed your mind, please let us know. We’ll do our best to resolve your issue.

You can return any standard product and get a full refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange the product for another one. You may return a standard product for up to 30 days from the date you received it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and it must be in the original packaging. Please contact us to arrange this.

In the event of a manufacturing defect please let us know within seven days of receiving your product. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or refund custom-made orders except in the event of a material defect. Accidental damage is not covered by any warranty given.

Precision Sim Engineering does not accept liability for any damage caused by incorrect usage.
